St. James Supply Co. Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations

St. James Supply Co. delivers to all locations within Australia. We ship to both residential addresses and PO Boxes through Australia Post. For courier deliveries, PO Box delivery may not be available, and a physical address will be required.

Order Processing

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
  • Please retain this email as proof of purchase
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days

Delivery Instructions

  • Special delivery instructions can be included at checkout
  • If you choose "Authority to Leave," you accept responsibility for the package once delivered

Order Tracking

All orders within Australia include tracking at no additional cost. To track your order:

  • Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Contact our customer service team at hello@stjamessupply.co if you need assistance
  • Allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active

Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Standard delivery: 3-8 business days
  • Express delivery: 1-5 business days
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50
  • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $8:50

Express Shipping

  • Free express shipping on orders over $150
  • Orders under $150: Flat rate of $14.95

Important Delivery Information

Package Inspection

  • Check all items upon delivery
  • DO NOT open items if they appear incorrect
  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery
  • Photographic evidence of damage may be required for claims

Delivery Attempts

  • A card will be left if delivery cannot be made
  • Second delivery attempts can be arranged
  • Packages may be held at your local post office for collection

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Prices include GST where applicable
  • Payment is required at time of order
  • We accept major credit cards and PayPal

Remote Area Deliveries

  • Additional delivery time may be required for remote areas
  • Surcharges may apply for certain remote locations
  • You will be notified of any additional charges before processing

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  4. Claims must be made within 7 days of expected delivery date
