6. How should I store my bars to make them last longer?
Keep your bars in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses. A draining soap dish is ideal—it prevents the bars from sitting in water and helps them last longer.

7. Can I buy your products in retail stores?
At the moment, our products are exclusively available online through our website. This helps us maintain quality control and offer better pricing directly to you.

8. Do you offer samples?
Yes! Our sample packs are a great way to try our shampoo and conditioner bars before purchasing full sizes.

9. What if there’s an issue with my order?
If there’s a problem with your order—whether it's missing, damaged, or incorrect—please contact us within 7 days at support email. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
