What is your shipping policy?
We ship to Australia and international.
Our postage satchels are compostable.

International Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.
What are your payment terms?
All prices shown on the St James Supply Co online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this will be made by your bank.
All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers. Prices for all International orders are GST exclusive; however all International orders include a 10% service and handling fee. This fee exists to cover higher costs associated with offshore orders.
St James Supply offers the following payments options: Pay Pal, Stripe, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, American Express. The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the Checkout process is complete.
What are your Delivery Times
Please allow 10 business days from dispatch to Australian metropolitan addresses. Regional areas may vary.
Please allow 5-15 business days from dispatch to International addresses. Delivery time may vary due to customs and processing systems.
Deliveries are posted on twice a week. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed over the next 2-3 business days.
St James Supply recommends customers provide a secure delivery address. St James Supply bears no responsibility for lost of stolen packages.
Do you do online returns or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, shampoo, conditioner and body bars cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I use the shampoo and conditioner bars?
Shampoo: Lather bar in your hands or swipe across wet hair. Gently massage into scalp as with liquid shampoo. Rinse and repeat as necessary. Follow with conditioner bar.
Conditioner: After shampooing, swipe conditioner bar across wet hair. Comb through and rinse. You don’t need much- maybe 3 swipes for normal shoulder length hair.

How Long do your bars last?
These bars last for a long time (the conditioner bar in particular will last for many months). Some estimate up to 50 washes or equivalent to 2-3 bottles of store-bought, but that will vary based on your usage.
Are your products plastic free?
Our packaging is FCS (Forest Stewardship Council) certified and biodegradable so you don’t end up with a bathroom full of plastic. Every bar you use means 2-3 less plastic bottles. Our postage satchels are also compostable.
We’d like to say our whole supply chain is completely plastic free, but it isn’t. What we can promise you is we’re on this journey with you and we’ll keep improving our supply chain until it is (buying bulk, choosing/negotiating with suppliers to pack goods in cardboard/glass/aluminium, or returning their containers to be re-used).
Do you offer a subscription option?
We do not yet offer a subscription, but we are working on it. We’re looking at the variation in how often people wash their hair, how much hair they have, how long the products last for them and therefore how often to send supplies.
